About Us

About BlueTech Solution

BlueTech Solutions is an ICT consulting business with its office address at 13 Regent Road, Lumley, Freetown Sierra Leone. BlueTech is building a technology and innovation community in Sierra Leone that contributes to economic and social development through capacity building for young people. The business strives for human capital development through its business incubation and acceleration programs, professional networking, basic and advanced ICT training programs, and ecosystem building to unleash the untapped potential of young people interested in seeking tech skills, mentorship and coaching support in pursuing their dreams or building their careers.

As a registered company and CBO its main objective is to build, sustain, and grow a technology-driven innovation community in Sierra Leone that drives economic and social development.
In Sierra Leone young people under the age of 35 account for 49% of the total country’s population. However, the unemployment rate for them has soared above 70% for the last decade, and BlueTech understands exactly the long-term socioeconomic effect of this. Therefore, the company is contributing towards addressing these challenges.

BlueTech provides a creative and stimulating space for aspiring technologists and entrepreneurs to come together, build, and launch the next generation of social impact apps and business solutions for Sierra Leone and beyond. Built on a highly collaborative and community-driven model, the open space in Freetown facilitates the mentoring, and skill training of generations, and exposes them to novel ideas needed to foster more innovative technology and business community in Sierra Leone.
